I always recommend this book for anyone looking to use exercise to alleviate specific body pain. My most amazing result came when I returned from vacation with sciatic pain so bad I could hardly sit in the car for long. I started doing the focused sciatic exercises daily and was without pain within a week. I now do them every other day and have had no return of pain. That series takes less than 10 minutes of my morning….well worth the time….as the book is well worth the money.

I loved the way these exercises were sectioned out to work on certain conditions of the body. I've tried some of these exercises in their classes but I'm going to make a point to work each section.

a usefull book, practical, and beneficial.Easy to learn exercises.

I have some belief in Chinese medicine...these poses and exercises are to activate the meridians. After half an hour I am sweating. Mt chi is definitely moving.

This book is well written with clear pictures and instructions for doing the exercises. It is nicely laid out in sections including a basic wellness routine along with routines for addressing specific ailments. I would highly recommend the spiral bound version which allows you to lay the book open easily while following the routines.
