I have done about 3 of her previous calendars and gave them each year as Christmas gifts to my daughter. This calendar is not of the same quality as her previous calendars. There is not too much out there to choose from this year for coloring wall calendars, 2019. It was very disappointing to get this. I'm going to continue to check if more coloring wall calendars will be available in the near future.
Some of the months are very cartoonish and none fill the whole page. Completely lacking.
I've done several of these calendars and I'm not happy with this one. This is not as detailed as the others. The quality of the paper is lacking. The paper is too smooth and when coloring you can see flaws in the paper. I like the binding on it because it can be folded so it's easier to color.
My least favorite of her calendars with her choice of pictures.
I like the artist’s work. Wishing there was more monthly subject recognition, like July could have been fireworks above a lake November a beautiful turkey.
I love her books and cards which have lovely detailsThis......this calendar.... looks like a children’s coloring book. Lots of huge white space areas to wear down your pencils and soak up your ink. And the graphics are NOTHING SPECIAL AT ALL! I would have sent it back but was hard up for a calendar.Plus....what is with all the dragons??? One dragon is enough! Seriously!!You won’t like it, I promise!
LOVE this whole collection. Thick paper, beautiful illustrations. I use gel pens to color, and so I don’t like a whole lot of big bits to fill in.
I bought this for my daughter. She has had a coloring calendar every year, but this is her favorite. If you know someone who is into fantasy and coloring, then this is for them. It is complex, but not overly so. It's perfect for my 11 year old.
