This book is like a child’s play. Definetaly is not for expert cooks. Looking at the recipes, writer has no concept of heathy ingredients.
Ms. April appears to be trying to put something over on us. She's published 3 Instant Pot cookbooks this year, each promising the best recipes of 2018, and each with the same introduction. They also have the same synopsis, word for word. Each has the same recipe for Minestrone soup. With 2 of them, this is the only recipe shown in LI. The 3rd has a few more soup recipes, but the picture of Spicy Chicken Soup is for something else entirely. Rather than revealing any chicken or black beans (both are in the ingredients), it appears to be soup made up of a variety of fresh tomatoes, halved. Spicy Chicken Soup contains diced tomatoes and tomato paste, no fresh ones. Further, none of these books includes a ToC or Index in the LI feature, so we're unable to determine how many recipes are in each, nor how many are repeats. Approach with caution!
